3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
1 prepared pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, , divided
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 sliced plum tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green or red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Blend oil and basil leaves; let stand 5 minutes. Brush 1/2 mixture over pizza crust. Spread pizza sauce over crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and black pepper.
Drizzle pizza with remaining basil mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan. Add tomato slices, bell pepper and olives. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake according to pizza crust directions.
